How to use – 1 heaped teaspoon steeped for 5-10mins in 200/250 ml of boiling water. Each pouch contains around 20 servings. Enjoy hot or cold throughout the day. Do not consume more than 3 teaspoons per day.Therapeutic teas may taste strong, this is required for the best therapeutic experience. Addition of honey, lemon, fennel, cardamon, ginger or liquorice may be added for taste.
Taste – slightly bitter aftertaste but a mild enjoyable tea.
