Ingredients – Sage, Red Clover, Vervain, Motherwort, Ginkgo, Ladies Mantle.
Serving suggestion – infuse one heaped tablespoon in approximately 200/250 ml boiling water and enjoy, can do this up to 3 times throughout the day. Tip – cover the tea as it infuses to keep in the beneficial volatile oils. Drink hot or cold.Therapeutic teas may taste strong, this is required for the best therapeutic experience.
