Ginkgo is one of the best-selling herbal products in both Germany and France. It is widely believed that it may help to maintain good blood circulation to the head, ears, hands, feet and other areas of the body. Good blood circulation to the brain is thought to encourage good memory function. Ginkgo may help keep blood vessels flexible and improve blood flow to the brain therefore improving the supply of oxygen and glucose.
Rosmarinus officinalis has long been known as the herb of remembrance and may be a potential cognition enhancer. A meta-analysis and systematic review found the cognitive benefits provided by Rosemary officinalis and its mechanisms of action are in synchrony with the fundamental pathophysiology of cognitive deficit and the herb could be a potential treatment for Alzheimer’s disease (Hussain et al 2022).
How to use – 1 heaped teaspoon steeped for 5-10mins in 200/250 ml of boiling water. Each pouch contains around 20 servings. Enjoy hot or cold throughout the day. Do not consume more than 3 teaspoons per day.
